I am a friend of the manwarings. They gave me your blog address to check out. My son just received a cochlear implant last month. He is doing well, but it is too soon to see results yet. I loved your blog. What a beautiful boy you have and it sounds like life is going well and I hope he continues to do well. Our son was only elligable on the right side for the implant because they couldn't find the nerve on the left. The nerve on the right isn't in the best shape so we are hoping for the best. It was nice to read your posts and your beautiful story about your family. I always enjoy talking to other families going through the same thing. I would love to talk to you sometime. Good luck with everything.
